Governor Tony Evers of Wisconsin State, USA, met with President John Dramani Mahama today at the Presidency as part of the governor’s trade visit to Accra.
Following the successful conclusion of the IMF program, Ghana’s economy has gained international trust, which is reflected in the visit.
President Mahama took advantage of the occasion to highlight important government programs, like as the recently formed Accelerated Export Development Advisory Committee and the 24-Hour Economy program, which are all intended to position Ghana as a competitive, export-driven economy.
Additionally, the President indicated a keen interest in investigating economic potential and agricultural relationships with Wisconsin State.
Leading a business delegation, Governor Evers reiterated his dedication to forming international alliances and promoting Wisconsin as a top location for corporate expansion.
