The deadline for bids to provide and install dialysis machines in a few hospitals in Ghana has been extended by the Ministry of Health (MoH).
The Ministry said in a statement that the new deadline is Tuesday, September 16, 2025, which will allow bidders more time to get ready and submit their paperwork.
On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the Ghanaian Times first announced the call for proposals, seeking eligible vendors, suppliers, and organizations with shown ability and appropriate expertise to submit thorough proposals.
The dialysis machines’ comprehensive technical specifications, prior experience with comparable installations, after-sales service and maintenance plans, delivery schedules, and a complete cost breakdown that accounts for consumables are all anticipated to be included in proposals.
The Ministry has urged qualified businesses to benefit from the longer period and send in their ideas by the revised due date.
