The power company of Ghana (ECG) has declared that, as part of its continuous efforts to improve the delivery of power services throughout the nation, it will perform scheduled maintenance work in portions of the Greater Accra and Western Regions on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
As per the company’s announcements, the Greater Accra Region’s maintenance operations are planned to occur from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Franko Estate, Ofankor, Ghana Link, Mensvic Hotel, Lancet Medical Laboratory, and the adjacent towns are among the areas anticipated to be impacted.
Maintenance will take place in the Western Region from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, impacting localities including Agona, Dupaul, Apremdo, Whindo, Kwesimintsim, Assakae, Mpatado, Adientem, and other areas.
In order to enhance and increase the dependability of the electricity distribution network, ECG has apologized for any difficulty the exercise may have caused and asked for customers’ patience.
