Today, June 16, 2023, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is scheduled to submit his candidacy papers to run in the NPP Presidential Primary.
Dr. Bawumia announced on Twitter that he intends to run for the NPP’s flagbearer position and highlighted that it is feasible. In order to assure the party’s success in the 2024 Presidential elections, he additionally asked party members to support his candidacy and cooperate.
