According to Shatta Wale, the Inspector-General of the Police has been tasked with investigating security violations in the entertainment sector. This comes after his claims that Nana Asiamah, also known as Bullgod, plotted the assassination of music manager Fennec Okyere.
Shatta Wale expressed his annoyance at the rate at which people are tarnishing his name to Captain Smart on Onua Maakye. He made the observation that Ghanaians remain silent when someone attacks him and criticize him when he strikes back.
“I truly want Ghanaians to understand that people develop throughout their lives. They ought to cease ignoring those who assault me. But if I answer, I turn into a nasty guy.
Shatta Wale went on to explain that he had discussed security in the entertainment sector with the IGP. He also reveals plans to file a lawsuit against those who have slandered him.
“I’ve discussed the necessity for security in our entertainment sector with the IGP because it’s becoming too much. Most of the time, I will be at home and watch people bashing Shatta Wale on television and on YouTube. Making fun of the name. All of it is character slander. I think people will accuse me of being even more wicked than what is happening today if I say I will fight those guys. I want everyone to know how worn out I am. Now, it’s too much for me.
Additionally, Shatta Wale has stated that numerous business interests have attempted to ruin his career.
As the two online tangled, Shatta Wale accused Bullgod, his former manager, of plotting to murder Fennec Okyere.
In response, the Police have asked Shatta Wale for assistance with their inquiries into the unsolved slaying of Kwaw Kese’s late manager, Fennec Okyere.
