Some of the country’s medical and dental practitioners have had their licenses suspended, according to the Medical and Dental Council.
For a variety of circumstances, the nine practitioners were put on leave.
The following are some of the explanations: “Practitioner on treatment, Rehabilitation advised,” “practitioner failed to go for treatment as indicated,” and “failure to appear before an assessment panel.”
The Medical and Dental Council advised the general public, employers, and prospective employers to take note of the material and “be guided accordingly” in a public notice.
