The injured police officer who survived an accident that claimed the lives of three other officers during an official operation at Kyekyewere near Suhum in the Eastern Region on the Accra Kumasi Highway was visited this morning by the Minister of the Interior, Hon. Henry Quartey.
The police hospital in Accra is now treating the officer.
In addition to wishing the officer a swift recovery, Hon. Henry Quartey reassured him that the Ministry will make sure he gets the best medical care possible.

General Corporal Samuel Jude Kuofie, the remaining officer, expressed gratitude to the Hon. Minister for his visit and best wishes.
The Inspector General of Police, Dr. Geroge Dampare, as well as a few Ministry employees and members of the Police Management Board, joined the Interior Minister.
