As part of measures to foster dialogue between policy makers and academia to promote policy formulation with research results, the Ministry in collaboration with University of Ghana, Legon has instituted a Quarterly Economic Roundtable (QER).
The Minister of State, Abena Osei-Asare(MP) delivered the key note address on behalf of the Minister, Hon. Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam(MP) at the maiden edition of the QER held today at ISSER UG.

The QER is to serve as a platform for policymakers and academia to engage in constructive discourse, exchange insights and explore innovative solutions to the socio-economic issues facing our nation.
Present at the programme were the Deputy Minister, Hon. Dr Alex Ampaabeng; the Pro Vice Chancellor of University of Ghana, Gordon Akanzuwine Awandare; Coordinating Director, Mrs. Stella Williams, and Directors and Staff from the Ministry and representatives from MDAs, CSOs and academia.
