About 569,095 candidates taking this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE) have been cautioned by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to abstain from exam misconduct.
Today, Monday, July 8, 2024, marks the start of this year’s BECE for over 500,000 candidates in 2,123 specially designated locations around the nation. The last day of the tests is Monday, July 15, 2024.
In a letter of goodwill to the candidates prior to the poll, President Akufo-Addo advised them to approach each exam with objectivity and provide the best response possible to the questions.
With the reassurance that every candidate would have the chance to further their education and follow their ambitions thanks to his Free Senior High School program, he further urged them to maintain their composure and focus.
