To improve healthcare delivery, a number of vital medical supplies and equipment have been donated to the Techiman North constituency by the First Lady’s charitable organization, the Lordina Foundation.

First Lady and Foundation President Mrs. Lordina Dramani Mahama formally presented the goods to Elizabeth Ofosu-Agyare, Minister for Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry and Member of Parliament for Techiman North.

The Foundation’s perpetual dedication to raising the standard of living for the nation’s most disadvantaged groups was reaffirmed by Mrs. Mahama.

At the presentation ceremony, Mrs. Mahama said, “We are dedicated to contributing to the development of deprived children and women in both rural and urban areas, focusing on quality healthcare promotion, education, and overall well-being.”

“This donation highlights our belief in collaborative efforts to foster sustainable development within Ghana’s health sector.”

Mrs. Ofosu-Agyare (MP) thanked the people of Techiman North and herself for the gift, pointing out that the supplies and equipment will improve the health delivery service.

“This contribution from the Lordina Foundation will play a pivotal role in bridging gaps in our healthcare system. It reflects our shared commitment to improving the well-being of our people,” she said.

The Lordina Foundation’s larger goal is to guarantee that medical personnel have the resources they need to deliver high-quality, life-saving care to patients, as well as to modernize and improve underfunded healthcare facilities throughout communities.

Hospital and theater beds, delivery beds, incubators, phototherapy machines, baby scales, gloves, syringes, trolleys, and other goods are on display.

Medical screens, baby baths, wheelchairs, commodes, baby cots, baby carts, bedside cabinets, and overhead tables are among the remaining goods.
