As part of his water initiative for the region, Builsa South Member of Parliament Dr. Clement Abas Apaak has donated ten (10) new boreholes for the residents of the district.
The NDC’s deputy communication officer for Builsa South, Daniel Akogtu, made a statement in which he emphasized the importance of water and thanked the MP for his efforts.
As it is stated in the holy book, “I Will Give Unto Him That Is Athirst of the Fountain of the Water of Life Freely,” “Water is the core of sustainable development and is very critical for socio-economic development, healthy ecosystems, and human survival.” The increase in population has led to an increase in the demand for portable drinking water. This situation predates the MPs election and is very appalling and unsettling.
Mr. Akogtu said, “This worrying circumstance is either due to the absence of a borehole or a malfunctioning borehole.
“In this light, the people’s MP and field marshal, as he has done every year, came to the plight of his people to provide ten (10) new boreholes in the following communities,” he stated.
Gbedema Garibeansa
Doninga Banyansa
Gbedembilisi Nakpansah
Fumbisi Bachiesa
Through Zayoka Constructions Limited.
Fumbisi Suik
Uwasi Abaayeri
Fumbisi Baasa Tampusa
Kanjarga Lovogsa
Wiesi Goag
Gbedema Jagsa Guuta
Additionally, he has maintained and repaired 72 existing boreholes that were malfunctioning in all the areas within his constituency (Builsa South).
“Being a servant leader means fully committing to helping the people. This is not rocket science. The disgrace will continue to hang around our opponents’ necks like an albatross because of their incompetence and narrow-minded desire to spew and create things that aren’t even true, he continued.
According to Mr. Akugtu, their unflappable MP will keep easing the burden on his people and advancing them in all spheres of life.
