According to former president John Mahama, he delivered Ghanaians a much higher quality of life than the Akufo-Addo administration had.

Speaking to party supporters in the Upper West Region, Mr. Mahama, who is running for office again, said: “Ghanaians can now see in 2016 all the lies and all the propaganda they told. “I can beat my chest and say, in 2016, our lives were far better than they are today,” he bragged.

“We are sitting on money and yet we are hungry,” he said, adding that “Ghanaians were suffering,” but that is no longer the case. Ghanaians are today suffering more than they did in 2016. According to Mr. Mahama, “Any work that anyone does, you hardly get profit.”
