Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC has reported a profit after tax of GH¢329.24 million for the 15 months ended September 30, 2026, slightly lower than the GH¢334.62 million recorded during the previous 12-month reporting period.

The company’s financial results show that revenue increased by 6.68 per cent to GH¢3.84 billion, compared with GH¢3.60 billion in the preceding reporting period.

Despite the revenue growth, Guinness Ghana said its financial performance was affected by transition-related expenses and the cost of overhauling its packaging lines. The company also continued investing in production capacity to strengthen its manufacturing operations and support future business growth.

However, the difference in the reporting periods makes a direct comparison of the financial results difficult, as the latest figures cover 15 months while the previous results represent only 12 months.

The company’s cash flow statement also contains figures requiring further clarification to provide a clearer picture of its financial position and cash management performance.

The results highlight Guinness Ghana’s revenue growth and continued investment in production infrastructure, although investors will need to consider the extended reporting period and additional operating costs when assessing the company’s financial performance.
