The stern directive was issued during a high-level meeting on Friday, May 30, 2025, where the minister convened with the CEOs and technical teams of MTN, Telecel, and AT.
His message was unequivocal, emphasizing that despite their vast infrastructure and visible presence across the country, subscribers are enduring consistently poor service, particularly in rapidly expanding urban centers and crucial regional towns.
