Keta Chiefs Have Faith in Bawumia’s Audacious Plans for Ghana

Traditional leaders in Keta, in the Volta Region, have voiced their support for the policies that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP’s vice president and presidential candidate, has been promoting and intends to carry out in his capacity as president.

Since being elected as the NPP’s flagbearer last year, Dr. Bawumia has been traveling the nation and outlining his “bold solutions” policies. On Thursday, he stopped by Keta Constituency Keta in the Volta Region.

Chiefs of Keta, who participated in the stakeholders engagement, welcomed Dr. Bawumia to the Constituency and praised him for his impact as Vice President and his vision for the nation, in which they expressed confidence.

“We have been following keenly all your exploits and your message of bold solutions you have for the future of this country. We are excited and for us Chiefs. our politics is all about development,” said the Dufia of Kedzi, Togbui Acolatse V, who spoke on behalf of the Chiefs present.

“We know what you have done and continue to do. We believe God will continue to  bless you so that you will continue the good works you have  started.”

“Each and every one of us, including the Chiefs are beneficiaries of some of your innovative ideas. It is our belief that the bold solutions that you’re espousing will come to bear on us,” Togbui Acolatse V continued.

As Vice President, Dr. Bawumia has started numerous initiatives that have “touched the lives of everybody,” according to the Dufia of Kedzi.

The Chiefs also prayed for Dr. Bawumia’s success as he aspires to be president and praised him for maintaining the high moral standards of “integrity, honesty, and hardwork.”

According to the Chiefs, Dr. Bawumia’s “moral authority” “will propel him exponentially” to a “formal authority, in shaa Allah.”
