Francis Asenso-Boakye charged contractors working on the Tema Motorway Roundabout Phase 2 Project to work towards completing the works by October this year.
The Minister also assured the contractor of the government’s readiness to ensure the project is completed ahead of schedule.

“I had the opportunity of meeting with the Ambassador of Japan to Ghana, His Excellency Mochizuki Hisanobu in my office and I can confirm that all outstanding matters related to tax exemptions have been dealt with.” he said
The project, funded through a grant from the Japanese government, seeks to reduce the heavy vehicular traffic on the Tema Motorway. The project is currently 56% complete and was originally scheduled for completion by December this year.
