The partial restoration of the Navrongo-Chuchuliga-Tumu Road, as well as the Navrongo-Chuchuliga-Sandema Road and Pwalugu-Paga Spur, is moving along at a steady pace.
MYTURN Limited is working on a project that is 25% finished and running a little ahead of schedule.
When finished, the project will enhance economic activity and transit times between the Upper East and Upper West Regions.
Work Progress
The contractor is working on embankment filling, base and sub-base construction, carriageway widening, culvert building, and drainage system construction on the Navrongo-Chuchuliga-Tumu Road.
Additionally, the contractor has finished the initial seal of 3.5 km and primer seal of 7.5 km on the Chuchuliga-Sandema Road.
The contractor has finished base, primer seal, and sub-base work on the Pwalugu-Paga stretch.
