MTN Ghana has doubled its financial support for Ghanaians returning home amid the ongoing xenophobia crisis, increasing its returnee assistance fund from GH¢10 million to GH¢20 million.
The initiative is aimed at supporting affected returnees as they resettle in Ghana and respond to the economic and social challenges linked to the crisis.
The increase in funding highlights MTN Ghana’s commitment to supporting Ghanaians in times of crisis, while providing financial assistance to returnees and helping ease the pressure associated with relocation and reintegration.
