MTN Ghana will pay GH¢3.176 billion as dividend to shareholders for the 2024 financial year.
This is coming after the board recommended a gross final dividend of GH¢0.24 per share to shareholders for the period to 31st December 2024.
It is however subject to shareholders approval. The telecom giant recorded a profit of GH¢5.028 billion in 2024. MTN said in its 2024 Audited Financial Report that all dividends are subject to the deduction of the appropriate taxes.
The number of ordinary shares in issue at the date of this declaration is 13,236,175,050.
