Franklin Cudjoe, president of the policy think tank IMANI Africa, has made fun of Ursula Owusu, the former minister of communications, in relation to the KelniGVG deal.
Regarding the money the state had to spend on KelniGVG for no work completed over the years, he is questioning her.
The present minister has been encouraged by Franklin Cudjoe to revoke the contract, which has not been necessary for the nation.
He feels that the former communications minister should be held accountable for all of the money that was given to KelniGVG since, despite being warned of the dangers, she called the bluff of the industry experts who opposed the contract.
“Ursula Owusu, where is our $179 million? Sam George, cancel the $179m KelniGVG heist,” he said in a post shared via social media.
