$9 million is needed by the government to finish Bokoro Agenda 111 Hospital.

Despite being commissioned by the previous government, the Bokoro Hospital in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region is still unfinished and part of the Agenda 111 hospital project.

Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the Minister of Health, estimates that the government will require about $9 million to finish the Bokoro Hospital.

To determine whether the hospital is truly ready for use, as the Nana Akufo-Addo administration had earlier claimed, the Minister made a working visit to the location on Monday.

The Trede and Oforikrom hospitals are among the other hospitals that were commissioned as part of the Agenda 111 project but are not yet in operation.
