Dr. Stephen Amoah, the deputy minister for trade and industry, has been moved to the finance ministry by Ghana’s president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Dr. Stephen Amoah takes over for the late John Kumah, who was the deputy finance minister.
Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo, the Member of Parliament for Achiase, has been appointed by the President to serve as the Deputy Trade and Industry Minister.
The Presidency released a statement announcing these new appointments.
