Nurein Shaibu Migyimah, the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for the Assin Central seat, has withdrawn from the general elections scheduled for 2024.
Following the Regional Functional Executive Committee’s (R-FEC) verdict that Nurein Shiabu Migyimah had engaged in immoral behavior and anti-party activities, the party made its judgment.
In a letter from R-FEC to the NDC chairperson for Assin Central, Nurein Shiabu Migyimah was also placed on administrative leave for six months while the Regional Disciplinary Committee handled the situation.
