BOST Energies Limited (BOSTenergies) has reported significant financial and operational growth for the 2025 financial year, recording strong increases in revenue, profitability, total assets and shareholder equity.
The company also achieved a major milestone by paying its first-ever dividend to the Government of Ghana, marking an important development in its financial performance and contribution to the country’s energy sector.
The results were announced at the company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Accra, where the Government of Ghana, Board of Directors, Management and other stakeholders reviewed BOSTenergies’ financial and operational performance for the 2025 financial year.
According to the company, BOSTenergies recorded GH¢3.81 billion in revenue, representing a remarkable 195% year-on-year increase.
The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) also rose substantially to GH¢683.96 million, reflecting a 72% year-on-year growth and highlighting improved profitability.
BOSTenergies further reported total assets of GH¢3.99 billion, representing a 50% increase compared with the previous period.
Shareholder equity also recorded significant growth, reaching GH¢1.47 billion, more than doubling during the period under review.
Another notable achievement was the company’s continued focus on controlling costs. Administrative expenses declined by 28%, demonstrating efforts to improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial management and maintain cost discipline.
