The Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture has reorganized its Entity Tender Committee (ETC) in accordance with Section 17 of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as modified by Act 914, to guarantee accountability, efficiency, and openness in all procurement-related activities.
The Committee’s responsibilities include making sure that procurement rules are followed to the letter and using good judgment when making decisions.
The Reconstituted ETC’s members include:
