Iranian Ambassador H.E. Ali Ghomshi met with Hon. Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, to discuss enhancing collaboration in sustainable tourism, world peace, and cultural diplomacy.
In addition to reaffirming Ghana’s commitment to international peace and cultural exchange, Hon. Gomashie highlighted Ghana’s willingness to re-engage at the policy level and revealed plans to extend an MOU on crafts and cultural heritage.
Despite persistent regional difficulties, Ambassador Ghomshi reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to cultural cooperation through literature, tourism, and education.
The importance of cultural cooperation as a means of fostering understanding and sustainable growth was reiterated by both sides.
