A Technical Committee has been established by the government to oversee the execution of the Accra Marine Drive Tourism Investment Project, a significant project that aims to turn the capital’s waterfront into a premier tourist and business destination.
Abla Dzifa Gomashie, Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, emphasised the importance of efficiency, cooperation, and accountability while characterising the action as a crucial step to quicken progress.
Under the direction of Deputy Minister Yussif Issaka Jajah, the Committee will manage stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and guarantee project completion on schedule.
The project is anticipated to strengthen Ghana’s commitment to sustainable development by increasing tourism, generating jobs, and stimulating economic growth.
