Hon. Samuel Nartey George (MP), Minister of Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations, has reiterated the government’s dedication to assisting Ghana’s fintech industry.
This was said at a meeting held at the Ministry’s headquarters with the Fintech Association.
Hon. George claims that the government is aware of how important fintech is to the nation’s financial inclusion and economic prosperity.
“We are committed to creating a conducive environment for fintech companies to thrive,” he emphasized.
Additionally, he promised to work with pertinent parties to expedite regulatory procedures and encourage innovation in the industry.
At the end of the discussion, both sides expressed hope for Ghana’s fintech industry’s future and their dedication to collaborating to promote innovation and growth in the field.
