H.E. Tamás Endre Fehér, the Hungarian ambassador to Ghana, and his colleagues visited Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP), the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on April 8, 2025, as a courtesy.

During the meeting, H.E. Tamás Endre Fehér revealed his nation’s plans to strengthen its bilateral relations with Ghana in important areas including education and security, as well as other areas that are in both countries’ best interests.

Honoring Ghana’s longstanding relationship with Hungary, Foreign Affairs Minister Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP) praised Hungary for its continued support of Ghana, particularly in the areas of sanitation, education, and infrastructure development.

Hon. Ablakwa praised the Government of Hungary’s scholarship programs for Ghanaian students for their consistency and the beneficial contributions they have made to the nation’s human capital development.

Programs for educational exchange and other measures aimed at strengthening the two nations’ diplomatic relations were among the other subjects covered.
