Leader of the Movement for Change and independent presidential candidate Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen has urged Ghanaians to turn down any political party that approaches them with cash in an attempt to purchase their support in the elections scheduled for December 7.

Speaking to jubilant Movement supporters at Obogu in the Asante Akim South Constituency, Alan unequivocally declared that it is impolite for anyone to offer money to voters after having disregarded them for so long.

“They will come and share things for you to vote for them. They will come with money but think about it twice,” Mr Kyerematen stated.

“If after all these years they did not come to you and now they are giving you money, it simply shows that they don’t respect you” Alan told people of Obogu during his campaign.

Alan’s heartfelt speech, which lifted the spirits and transformed the faces of Obogu residents, explained that politics is about bringing about change in people’s lives; if they see no progress, they should vote against the NPP on December 7.

“We do politics for the development of the country. We have to change them if the country has not moved forward after they took power,” Alan remarked.

While on a 19-day campaign tour in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Alan Kyerematen is anticipated to have a significant impact on the polls on December 7.
