If business entities and other professional organisations don’t maintain their records with the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC), their information may be removed from the National Register.

The ORC, which functions as an independent body, manages the registration of organizations like churches, schools, NGOs, CSOs, associations, unions, external corporations, and professional bodies as well as private public companies limited and unlimited by shares and private public companies limited by guarantee.
