National Cyber Security Awareness Month Launched In Accra

The Director-General of the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) Mr. Kenneth Adu-Amanfoh on Monday, October 2, 2023, attended the National Cyber Security Awareness Month, which was held at the Physicians and Surgeons Auditorium at Ridge, Accra.

The event’s main goal was to promote a culture of digital safety.

The Cyber Security Authority Ghana (CSA) and the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation Ghana organised the event. The event was launched by Hon. Ama Pomaa Boateng, Deputy Minister for Communications and Digitalization.

Some keynote speakers include Hon. Albert Kan-Dapaah, Minister of National Security, Dr. Patrick Awuah, President of Ashesi University, and others who attended the programme as guests of honour. It also hosted heads of various state security agencies.
