Day 2 of the Fair yesterday offered yet another impressive schedule of events, innovation, and regional celebration after Monday’s thrilling and spectacular start.
The opening ceremony set the tone with exciting exhibitions, stakeholder meetings, and a bold representation of Ghana’s agricultural potential.
Yesterday’s program added even more intensity and diversity, building on that momentum.
At the Volta Regional Focus Day, which began at 9:00 a.m., participants were treated to a rich presentation of the region’s agricultural strength, cultural legacy, and distinctive goods.

Additionally, a number of talks on innovation, research, and development that showcased cutting-edge ideas from prestigious universities took center stage:
HO Technical University – 10:00 a.m.
University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) – 11:00 a.m.
University of Cape Coast (UCC) – 12:00 noon
University for Development Studies (UDS) – 1:00 p.m.
Another big highlight was a touristic visit by National Award Winners to Sogakope, where they explored the Aquaculture Fish Feed Facility and learned about sophisticated aquaculture feed production.
The Fair still provides a stimulating environment for education, creativity, and honoring Ghana’s superior farming.
