Adjoa Obuobia Darko-Opoku, the administrator of the Ghana Medical Trust Fund, also referred to as “MahamaCares,” has compiled a list of medical facilities that are now providing services to Ghanaians nationwide.
During the Government’s Accountability Series on Monday, May 11, Madam Obuobia gave an update on the fund’s implementation. She stated that the Trust Fund was created with a clear mandate to mobilise resources to finance and support specialised medical care for Ghanaians suffering from chronic illnesses like cancer and kidney disease.
Here are a few specific healthcare facilities where people can receive treatment under the program while the policy is in effect.
