President John Dramani Mahama is scheduled to oversee the handover of the Right-of-Way clearance for the Accra-Kumasi Expressway Project on Monday, September 14, 2026.
The ceremony will take place at Kwaso near Ejisu in the Ashanti Region and is expected to mark a significant milestone in the development of one of Ghana’s major road infrastructure projects.
The Accra-Kumasi Expressway Project is aimed at improving road connectivity between Ghana’s capital, Accra, and Kumasi, the Ashanti Region’s commercial hub.
