A sod-cutting ceremony for the Dodowa-Afienya-Dawhenya road development has been announced by the government. The office of President John Dramani Mahama made the statement.
Roads outside of the designated towns will also be taken into consideration, according to the president.
At 1:00 PM today, Tuesday, September 16, 2025, the sod-cutting would occur.
The president will travel to the Volta Region for the 4 PM sod-cutting ceremony for the reconstruction of the Atimpoku-Asikuma-Anyrawase-Ho-Denu-Aflao road following the celebration in Afienya, Greater Accra Region.
The president’s Big Push project includes the sod-cutting ceremony.
