Hon. Kwame Agbodza, Hon. Alhassan Suyuhini, and a group of engineers from the Ministry of Roads and Highways and its affiliates examined these ongoing projects.
The Greater Accra Region’s economic activity, connectivity, and traffic congestion all depend on these important road networks.
Following the inspection visit, Hon. Agbodza briefed the media and stated that he was generally satisfied with the work’s progress, pointing out that the projects were on track to be finished by the end of 2027.
He said that every “BIG PUSH” contractor who raised a works certificate had been compensated by the government.
“The BIG PUSH” emphasises accuracy, excellence, productivity, and value. It is, in fact, beyond the highways.
He underlined, “It’s about building capacity for the next generation of local contractors.”
