The mid-year review budget will be discussed by parliament on Monday, July 28, 2025.

The House has been notified by Majority Chief Whip Hon. Rockson-Nelson Etse Kwami Dafeamekpor that the discussion of the Government of Ghana’s Mid-Year Review Budget Statement and Economic Policy for the 2025 Financial Year will begin on Monday, July 28, 2025, and run through Thursday, July 31.

During his presentation of the explanatory memorandum on the Business Statement for the tenth week ending Friday, August 1, 2025, Hon. Dafeamekpor, the Member of Parliament for South Dayi, informed the House of this.

He clarified that over the week, four ministers are anticipated to visit the House and answer twenty-one (21) questions. Ministers of State may be allowed to make statements regarding government policy, he said.

He asked the Honorable Members to focus on the suggested scheduled business.

He made a suggestion that the House might adjourn sine die on August 1, 2025.
