The Deputy Regional Representative for Africa at FAO/Country Representative FAO Ghana, paid a courtesy call on the sector Minister, Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson today at her office.
As the FAO Representative in Ghana, Mr Yasmi will lead the planning and implementation of FAO activities in support of Ghana’s achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to sustainable agricultural development.
Mr Yasmi, who is currently serving as FAO Deputy Regional Representative for Africa, will perform his new function concurrently with his existing responsibilities.
