Starting on Monday, April 15, the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWL) will commence an effort to retrieve all past-due amounts from its clientele in the Tema Region.
This was said in a statement from the company’s Tema Area Management that was copied to the Ghana News Agency on Saturday.
To retrieve all arrears, a task force would be sent for the exercise.
Customers were consequently encouraged to attend the closest pay locations as soon as possible to settle any outstanding invoices.
According to the announcement, customers could also download the company’s customer app for quick payment options and utilize the Momo short code, which is *170# for MTN users and *110# for Telecel and AT users.
