The Black Stars of Ghana have traveled to Benina, Libya, for their AFCON qualifying match against Sudan on matchday four.
Ghana has to win this game in order to bounce back from Thursday’s goalless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The team will practice at the Martyrs of February Stadium later today in preparation for the match, which is set to begin at 13:00 GMT on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Ghana would have a far better chance of making it to the AFCON tournament in Morocco the following year if they were to defeat Sudan.
With two points, Ghana is in third place in Group F, two points behind Sudan in second place and seven points behind leaders Angola, who have nine points.`
