This was revealed at the 2024 Annual Performance Review Meeting in Kadjebi by Mr. Eric Nana Takyi, the District Director of Health Services for Kadjebi.
Additionally, 262 patients are receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART), he revealed.
Given that women were more susceptible to the virus than males, Nana Takyi urged locals to be aware of their sexual orientation.
In terms of maternal mortality cases, he stated that the district had no maternal deaths for three years in a row.
At the 2023 Districts Performance Review Meeting, the Kadjebi District finished second in the Oti Region, according to the District Director.
