In their bilateral meeting, Hon. Kwame G. Agbodza, the Minister of Roads and Highways, and H.E. Pavel Bílek, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ghana, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to complete all 50 bridges under the Czech Steel Bridges project.
The Czech Republic continues to provide Ghana with defense, technological, manpower, and material support, for which the government is grateful, the Minister added.
Ambassador Bílek reiterated at the meeting the Czech Republic’s commitment to aiding Ghana’s infrastructure development, especially with regard to building and maintaining roads.
In order to promote economic and development collaborations between Ghana and the Czech Republic, the visit is a component of larger diplomatic initiatives.
