Ghana and Burkina Faso are strengthening bilateral cooperation in public-sector administration, human capital development and technology as both countries seek to prepare their institutions and workforce for the rapidly changing global job market.
The collaboration was highlighted during the 10th edition and first international edition of HR CAFÉ 2026, which brought together stakeholders to discuss emerging trends in human resource management, technology and public-sector development.
The event was held under the theme, “Shaping the Future of Work: Human Capital, Artificial Intelligence, and Administrative Cross-Learning between Ghana and Burkina Faso.”
