Directors/Heads of Departments and Analogous Grades have signed Performance Agreements with the Chief Director of the Ministry as part of the Office of the Head of Civil Service’s (OHCS) 2025 Performance Management Process.
The Ministry’s dedication to encouraging results-driven public service delivery is demonstrated by the signing ceremony.
Individual Directors’ aims and deliverables are in line with the Ministry’s and the Civil Service’s overall strategic goals thanks to the Performance Agreement.
These agreements are a component of the OHCS’s performance management framework, which uses well-defined goals and performance indicators to evaluate the efficacy and efficiency of directors and heads of departments.
In her remarks, the chief director challenged all directors and heads of department to completely commit to their goals, which include mainstreaming gender, inclusiveness, and innovation in their particular fields.
