The ‘dumsor’ of today was caused by the downpour – ECG

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has declared that there are disruptions in its distribution network as a result of the intense rain that fell today, Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

The ECG stated that its “Engineers are working assiduously to restore power supply to affected customers” in a message sent to subscribers in the Greater Accra Region.

Customers who were having power outages in their localities were advised to get in touch with the company via phone, report to the closest ECG office, or use its social media accounts.

“Any convenience caused due to this natural occurrence is very much regretted,” the electricity distribution company said.
