President Mahama will cut sod for the road project between Atimpoku, Asikuma, Anyrawase, Ho, Denu, and Aflao, later today

A sod-cutting ceremony for the reconstruction of the Atimpoku-Asikuma-Anyrawase-Ho-Denu-Aflao route has been announced by the government.

The office of President John Dramani Mahama made the statement.

The sod-cutting is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 4 PM, according to the presidency.

The ceremony will take place at Titrinu, which is close to Ho, the capital of the Volta Region.

This sod-cutting is part of the president’s Big Push project.
