Ghana’s former High Commissioner to India, Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley, has died.
After a brief illness, he passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
His death was verified by Sammy Gyamfi, National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Communications Director.
“A great man has fallen; a man who gave his all for the cause of the NDC,” Sammy Gyamfi wrote in a poignant post on his Facebook page. It’s really heartbreaking.
“Rest well in the bosom of your Maker, Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley. You shall forever remain in our hearts.”
A renowned attorney, diplomat, and public servant, Ambassador Yalley served in a number of high-level government roles.
