The Central Region leg of the countrywide #ResettingGhana Tour was continued by President John Dramani Mahama and Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, who engaged locals on the advancements in infrastructure, healthcare, education, governance, and economic development.
During the tour, President Mahama visited Cape Coast Castle to promote Ghana’s history tourism, reviewed current road developments, opened a CHPS compound, cut the sod for a new 24-Hour Economy Market at Assin Bereku, and gave out free primary healthcare kits.

At a Citizens’ Engagement Town Hall in Apam, which marked the end of the tour, President Mahama gave an overview of the accomplishments of his government, presented strategies to boost development, draw in investment, and generate employment, and listened intently to the worries and goals of the populace.
