Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, the Minister of Education, has reiterated the government’s unwavering support for taking harsh action against instructors and students who engage in exam misconduct.
He underlined the significance of preserving Ghana’s educational system’s integrity while speaking at the WAEC Distinction Awards Ceremony.
In a daring move to recognize academic achievement and develop future leaders, Hon. Iddrisu also revealed that ten (10) exceptional awardees at the ceremony will receive full scholarships under the Ghana Scholarship Authority.
In addition to congratulating the award recipients, he urged all enrolled students to continue their studies and to be dedicated to integrity, hard work, and discipline.
